Beyoncé may be worried about professional photographers taking unflattering photos of her while she’s on stage, but her new commercial for H&M definitely shows off Mrs. Carter’s bikini body — as well as a new song.
The Jonas Akerlund-directed clip for the brand’s new summer line, H&M for Water, features Bey modeling a few colorful bikinis in the Bahamas. From a fringed black number to a tie-dyed flowy two-piece, Beyoncé makes simple beachwear look good.
Queen B also shows off a few of her patented dance moves in a few stylish beach-inspired cover-ups like a fitted racerback tank top dress and a bejeweled little black dress. Not a hair out of place, of course. Watch the ad below.
More importantly, the commercial also previews one of Beyonce’s new songs, “Standing On The Sun.” This is the second new song Beyoncé has premiered in a commercial. The first track, “Grown Woman,” which will reportedly be on her follow-up to 2011′s 4, was featured in a recent Pepsi ad.
According to Pop Justice, “Standing On The Sun” was written by Greg Kurstin, best known for Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You),” and Sia, who along with her own music, has previously worked with Rihanna and Christina Aguilera. There is no word yet whether this song will appear on her upcoming album, but logic suggests it just might. Fans will be able to buy “Standing On The Sun” this May.
Twenty-five percent of proceeds from the H&M for Water collection will be donated to H&M for WaterAid, a charity that helps bring clean water to some of the world’s poorest countries.
